– Bathroom with a 100x100cm shower, sink, toilet, and storage. First Floor (access via a small staircase):
– Cozy living room with a sofa bed and a hammock chair – Wi-Fi, TV with DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, books, games

– Access to the large terrace Second Floor (access via a ladder):
– Mezzanine (ceiling height under 160 cm, sloped ceiling) with a double bed, a small closet, and a window. 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements (up to 4 people)
– 1 futon on tatami mats (high-quality Japanese bedding) on the mezzanine (access via ladder, limited headroom)
– 1 comfortable sofa bed in the living room (access via stairs)
👉 The loft is not suitable for very young children or people with mobility issues. ❄️ Cool in the Summer In the summer, the thick walls help keep the house cool—no air conditioning needed; just open the windows at night (5 windows)! 🔥 Year-Round Comfort Heating is provided by a pellet stove. It will be turned on before your arrival, and instructions are available on-site. Pellets are provided. 🚗 Convenience
