It is the only State brand which rewards the quality of welcome and service provision in the field of tourism.

The objective?
Make the France destination a destination recognized for the quality of its territories and tourist infrastructures! All tourism sectors can apply (hotels, outdoor accommodation, museums, activity sites, tourist offices, etc.). We have proudly displayed this distinction since 2019!

This brand values the work of our entire team and clearly marks our intention to always go further in the search for the best! The brand's 130 criteria have allowed us to professionalize ourselves and seek solutions to offer you innovative, efficient and effective services. But the search for quality is a long-term task and we are counting on you, visitors, residents, tourism professionals to help us go further in our approach.

AND WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU?
Because without you, there is no tourist office, we do our best to pamper you and help you create an ideal stay! We are here to listen to you before, during and after your visit to us. We welcome you in modern and functional premises for at least 4 and a half days per week and more depending on the season.
Our local experts will provide you with information in foreign languages: English, Spanish, Italian and German.
Your opinion is important, we process your suggestions, your complaints, your ideas, etc. And we share it with our elected officials and socio-professionals during our quality meetings!

And what about the planet?

OUR SMALL GESTURES FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Our agents respect an internal charter in order to limit their daily impact on the environment. The tourism sector can be particularly polluting and we are careful to reduce our consumption of flyers and energy. We have invested to avoid mass printing of our brochures. We now publish our flyers in-house and on demand! Only our cards are printed by PEFC or FSC certified printers who assure visitors that the paper used comes from forests managed and exploited in a sustainable and responsible manner.
