The Estivade en Cézallier association organizes the Estive festival, which recalls the transhumance of Salers breed herds through the pastures of Allanche and the Cézallier region. In addition to its festive character, this event contributes to the economic promotion of the region, highlighting the quality of the pastures in the Cézallier, and showcasing the know-how of the breeders.
