Marcenat’s weekly market is an important place for the local population to shop. It is also an important meeting place for local residents, helping to preserve and enrich social ties.
This market is both an economic opportunity for exhibitors and a resource for local residents. Its social impact is far from negligible, thanks to the friendly atmosphere it creates. Last but not least, the proximity of supplies helps protect the environment by limiting the need for car journeys.
