Fête de la Montagne (Mountain festival) in 2023

Young farmers from the Vallée de la Cère on hand with their mini-farm and farm produce for sale.
You can also stroll through the summer market, where regional crafts and products will be on show.

A wide range of events and activities on offer:

Discover the species of trees and animal tracks with the ONF (French national forests office),
Fishing simulator with the departmental fishing federation,
Photo exhibition,
Landscape readings with the Parc des Volcans,
Helicopter hoisting demonstration by the Murat mountain military police force (PGM),
Folk dances,
Guided tour of the resort,
Natural soap-making demonstration,
Tombola,…

A ‘Cantalou’ meal with the group Radio Papa proposed as the centrepiece of the festival. Meal tickets can be purchased at the Le Lioran tourist office, on site on the day or directly online.
