Come and discover the cheese-making process and taste their farmhouse products (Cantal jeune, Cantal entre deux, tome fraîche, raw milk, fromage blanc, faisselle, and fromage frais à tartiner).Anaïs and Sylvain chose to take over the family farm, which has been in existence for 2 generations. They raise a herd of 40 Montbéliard dairy cows and 20 Salers suckler cows. All their cheese is matured on the farm. Their cows graze on natural meadows and are fed exclusively on hay in winter. Their farm was certified “High Environmental Value” in 2022.Visits to the farm with explanations of cheese-making are offered during all school vacations (rens. office de tourisme du Carladès).
